Introduction to Antitrust

Antitrust is defined as "[t]he body of law designed to protect trade and commerce from restraints, monopolies, price-fixing, and price discrimination."  Black's Law Dictionary, 111 (Bryan A.Garner ed., 9th ed., West 2009).  As such, economics and government regulation are important aspects of antitrust law.
