While this research guide was primarily created to help BYU Law students who are doing academic research about criminal law to write a paper for various upper-division law school classes, this research guide can be used by anyone who has research questions that relate to criminal law, criminal procedure, and constitutional and fourth amendment rights.
In this research guide, the books in print are available in the BYU Law Library to anyone who wishes to look at them in the library. Most may be checked out to any BYU student or faculty member. The electronic resources may only be available to those that are a part of the BYU Law community. Some of the electronic resources may be available on the BYU Law Library computers for anyone that is able to come into the library.
