When looking at particular resources, the BYU Law Library resources are only available outside of the BYU Law Library to BYU Law students and faculty (by using their net IDs and passwords), but the BYU Law Library resources can be accessed by anyone on a BYU Law Library computer.

The BYU Lee Library resources are only available outside of the BYU Law Library or the BYU Lee Library to BYU students and faculty (by using their net IDs and passwords), but the BYU Lee Library resources can be accessed by anyone on a BYU Law Library or BYU Lee Library computer. 

The free resources are available on any computer to anyone.
