U.S. Supreme Court

This research guide was primarily created to help BYU Law students who are doing research about the U.S. Supreme Court for various upper-division law school classes. However, this research guide can be used by anyone who has research questions that relate to the U.S. Supreme Court. Various research topics that this research guide can help with include finding: U.S. Supreme Court opinions, briefs, and dockets, commentary on the U.S. Supreme Court itself and the opinions from it, and current awareness about the cases currently before the U.S. Supreme Court.

For further research assistance after consulting this research guide, make an appointment with the reference librarian who created this research guide: Annalee Hickman (HickmanA@law.byu.edu).
