There are many resources available freely on the internet, however, a high number of helpful resources are only available via subscription. The BYU Law Library subscribes to many fee-based electronic resources for use by its students and faculty. License agreements forbid us to allow off-campus access to others, but members of the public can use many of these databases if they come to the law library. Non-legal databases are available through the Harold B. Lee Library, but the same off-campus restrictions apply. For a list of electronic resources (subscription and free) that can be helpful to legal researchers, see our A-Z Resource List.
