This clinic is run by the University of Utah’s pro bono program. They take questions relating to the Indian Child Welfare Act, tribal land and family claim issues. The program is only offered once per semester, virtually. For more information, email probono@law.utah.edu. 

• Utah Legal Services provides legal help to those who qualify in non-criminal cases. They answer questions, give advice, prepare legal documents and represent clients in court and before administrative agencies. They cannot assist in any criminal matters. They have offices all over the state. Currently, they can help with the following issues: family law, public benefits assistance, housing, consumer issues, seniors, agricultural workers, Native American Indian Law, bankruptcy, QDROs and guardianship.
