Study Aids for Law Students

There are various companies that produce CDs that can serve as study aids for law school subjects. The BYU Law Library carries CDs from Gilbert, Sum & Substance, Aspen, Emanuel CrunchTime, and PMBR. The CDs are generally full of vibrant lectures by leading experts that help you learn the law of a subject in succinct ways.

The CDs are located behind the Circulation Desk. Anyone with checkout privileges at BYU can checkout the CDs. The checkout period is 24 hours.

• Utah attorneys can listen to certain CDs to receive CLE credit. Check out this webpage for more information.
• Some CDs have older editions available for checkout if the most recent edition is already checked out.
