LexisNexis Digital Library provides ebook versions of many well-known legal treatises. Lexis Digital Library is powered by Overdrive, an ebook platform you may have used to check out ebooks through your public library.

Tips
- Treatises like the ones in LexisNexis Digital Library are primarily used for legal research, but you can use them as study aids, to answer questions you have about class material. Treatises are written by highly regarded scholars and provide in-depth analysis.
- Checkout period is 180 days.
- Checkout up to 10 books at a time.
- No wait lists.
- Change the font, font size, line spacing, and more. Click on the bottom middle of the page to bring up Overdrive Read features.
- Add highlights and notes. Hold down the mouse button until the cursor appears, then select the text you want to highlight.
- Read from your browser or download in EPUB format for your ereader.
