Antitrust Law is "[t]he body of law designed to protect trade and commerce from restraints, monopolies, price-fixing, and price discrimination. The principal federal antitrust laws are the Sherman Act and the Clayton Act." Black's Law Dictionary (Bryan A. Gardner, ed., 11th ed. 2019). United States Antitrust laws can be found in Title 15 (Commerce and Trade) of the United States Code.
Outside the United States, Antitrust Law is known as Competition Law.
